3个房客选哪个？

在atlanta出租一个房子, 房子在中等偏下混合区。4卧，2.5卫，1700sqft, 1980年房子，租金$1350, 装修不错。现有三个房客想租。

1. 老墨一家，老婆和他的老公（或未婚夫），据说同住2年。会说英文，有ssn. 儿子18岁，女儿15岁。据说老公来美才三年，roofer, 收入$2400, 老婆会双语，本地出身，store sales, 收入$2200. 儿子刚做landscape一年，收入$2000. 现租公寓房一年$1100. 据说老公信用600. 还没有查背景。

2. 中美洲黑人(Colombia)，来美3年，有ssn, 说西班牙语，不会英文。单身，两孩子周末来。truck driver工作两年, 收入$4300. 现住房一年，房租$1k. 信用640. 想住1~2年，说计划买房。感觉每个人都说要买房，但是真能买房的人很少。

3. 老墨两家合住。没有ssn,不会说英文。一家老公老婆，两个孩子（7,18），老公做concrete,收入$3k,老婆做清洁$2k, 女儿刚开始打工$1k. 给我看银行账户有3万存款。现租房4年$1200. 另一家是他们哥哥一家，老婆老公和1岁孩子，老公做concrete工作。他们现在就合住。他们想长住。刚开始只有第一家，本来想租给他们了，后来查背景才发现还有另一家，有点失望。

哪家好点，有点当局者迷了。
