请教: 煤气公司不给开通煤气， 理由如下：

AC heating ： conditions permit products of combustion  to mix with circulation air.

 

能否解释一下这是什么问题， 如何解决， 自己能修吗，还是必须把整个 heating unit 换掉？ 先谢.
