早退休可以长寿？

刚刚看到一个传说，早退休可以长寿？不知道这个观测样本多大？也许有点点道理：晚退的人有点像冲刺400米突然停下来，适应时间太短。早退休乘年龄不大还会退而不休，逐步减速。女性寿命普遍长于男性，是否与她们早些退休相关？申明一下：我本不信，也不刻意追求长寿，博一乐。
