小地主如何转型发展了

一段时间这个网站手机发不了信息，终于又可以了，了解一段时间看看能不能转型开个酒吧，朋友基本上全部不赞成，说是活多钱少，不值得象我这样的全职人士，大家说说有啥好的投资项目？在投资一二百万的范围内
