帮朋友问投资问题

有朋友要加入川普女婿的融资项目，投50万拿eb5，我以前听说是eb5只能拿绿卡，但是川普女婿的项目说是拿公民，也没有提10个工作岗位的要求，问问见多识广的投资大拿们，这事儿靠谱吗？我看到律师函了，写的像模像样的。
