部分不工作 indicates electrical part is good

because the electrical pulse is sent to all units in parallel.  no need to replace any part.   The discharge tip may be dull or covered by debris.  just need to clean and sharpen it with sand papers.  You can turn on the working ones in the dark to understand the mechanism.  or just search for videos on Youtube.
