I have been thinking to rebalance my account since two months ago, but some people saying the bull market is not over yet.

Maybe it's time to move 50 or 60% to the money market, wait for the correction. Timing is a key! I am thinking if avoid a couple of times big corrections, the performance will be much better, and reaches my goal ealier!
