我是非法进入吗？

有个出租房4个房间，分租个4个。每个房客单独跟我签month by month的租约。以前进入公共区域，客厅厨房等做维修等，没有房客抱怨。

现在来了个极品，说我是非法进入，因为没给她通知。她拿出的法律说的是房东进入出租Single Family House，要给怎样的通知。我读过的是同样的法律。我的理解是她只是租了一个房间而已，只有她的房间我才需要给法律要求的通知。

最后我同意去之前给她发个text messsge作为courtesy。但是我纳闷她说的非法进入到底对不对？
