急问，一个无知的问题，在线等

正在卖一个房子，今天close, closing agent 下午5点，也就是一小时前才给我发来closing statement。我看了一下数字, payoff mortgage loan amount 是$153,000。可我的loan principle balance是$152000, Escrow account balance 是$1700. 其它该交的税和HOA都是另算的，难道 payoff amount不应该是$152000-$1700=$150300吗？
