请大家帮忙选房客

现有三家人申请，房租$2135。审请人均为黑人，房子在普通区，黑白印混居。
(1), 三囗人，刚卖了房，2000年买的 房子原价35万，卖50万，credit score 不到500，有袋款未还，有破产没批记录，没有collection 的记录，女的 office supplies 的工作，男的大学宿舍管理员，工资加起来7、8万, Willing to put 2 month securite deposit and first month rent when move in.
(2) 一对年青夫妻，女的是老师，收入6万，男的搞音乐，收入不确定，刚生孩子，丈母娘出钱帮他们租房，合同只与丈母娘鉴。丈毌娘 credit scores 650，有自住房，收入9万。

(3)，中年夫妇带三个孩子，收入11万, 女的是护士，男的是comcast network technician。credit score 500左右，有多次collection, 有多次超过90天迟付帐记录，但租房历史较好，在现住房己住了5年，因房东卖房才要重新租房。

请大家费心帮忙看看，谢谢先！
