Total cost for me: $245,000 (plus closing cost etc).

隔壁旧房，无车库，卖了$343,000.

对面1989年旧房，无车库，卖了$365,000.

我的是新房双车库，卖$425,000不过分吧？

按照现在的市场，毛利$18万。净利润大概$15万。
