刚看了下面房子租金贴，你们怎么知道市场价呢？

每个房子不一样，隔壁房子月租一千不代表自己也能一千租出去呀，差一两百很正常吧？

另外怎么样算好的投资呢？抛开升值，月租多少才算good deal?

我是新地主，只有一栋投资房，年净租金/房价大概10%，算好吗？反正比银行好多了。
