房市有slowdown的趋势，值得花5万加建2-car的车库吗

房子花了15万左右装修好了，在好区且在cul-de-sac。但没车库。想出租。挂了一段时间，可能价格有些偏高了，看的人较少。来看的人介意没车库。这个小区只有这栋房没车库。问了几个contractor，最低5万可以加2-car车库。我可能还得加一万左右弄车道。房子appraisal 875k。 刚刚cashout refinance，资金应该没问题。但是，作为出租，划不划算 ？有些犹豫。
