关于设trust，应该设revocable 还是irrevocable？律师建议前者，想改的时候还能改，不会失去控制，

但前者对财产没有保护，有人告时，财产还是会被牵涉到，后者因为改不回来，人家就拿你没办法。

大家怎么看？
