新地主掏粪真累

我原来只做高大上的股票投资，自从去年买了个小新房子，也算走上了掏粪道路。房客才住进去20天不到，基本上一天一个来鸿，我不累你难道不累？ 这不，前天告诉我有个玻璃无辜破了，昨天才nice滴帮他装了三个浴巾架，今天又告诉我屋子里有蚂蚁，玛德，这是有warranty的新房子好不好？ 各位大佬指点我一下，像这种新房，我能不能找builder或者HOA处理蚂蚁问题？如果找外面公司处理一般需要花多少钱？ 听房客的意思，邻居家也有蚂蚁问题，如果就我家处理，邻居不搞的话，也是断不了根的吧？
