我去年剩的不多,就冷冻了,今年也是大丰收,就改成熬tomato sauce,先是熬完了装瓶冷冻,后来冷柜没地方了,被逼的学做罐头。樱桃西红柿烘干了当零食。西红柿皮不知你是怎样处理的。我把皮烘干再打成粉,做汤做沙拉时撒一些,味道也不错。反正就是啥也不浪费!
