房客B说房客A违犯了这些条款。我决定谁违反lease就赶谁,看来 赶人避免不聊了

In the addendum #10: Tenant shall not interfere with the quiet enjoyment of other tenants. Loud gatherings, loud parties and loud music, etc. are strictly prohibited at property. 

In the addendum #14: There is No pet and No drug. Smoking is not allowed in the building ( 房客B说房客A smoke weed)

In the standard residential lease #8: Occupancy of any part of the Premises by any person, including a guest of TENANT, for a period of ten or more consecutives days or for more than a total of fifteen days in any sixty day period shall require written permission of landlord ( 房客A说他没有).  

In the standard residential lease #9: the Tenant shall at all times maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary condition and in the same condition as they were at start of the tenancy ( 我确实看到厕所有点脏).
