抽烟味道在换完地毯和油漆过后还有 怎么办？

马上要决定买不买了，不知道这个味道还有什么办法去掉？要是能去掉我就压些价钱了

另外没买到一个房子，比这个房子屋顶，空调和热水器都新，贵一万五，那么买现在这个可能都要换的，划算吗？别的都类似。

请赐教，我好头疼。
