Thank you so much for sharing your investment ideas. I have been reading your articles for a while. Most people here believe that only 10% stock investors make money. I do not know where they got this idea. I do know people including myself loss money on the market in a short-term such as 1-3 years. For long term I do not know anyone lost money. Most my co-workers have 401K with match. I looked the data for the past 20 years. Only few people lost money (<5%) over 7000 employees. The few who lost money are very aggressive traders. Most people like me who use index or muture funds make money over long term.
I do not against any form investment as long as it works for you. However, diversify is very important. personally I will never put all my asset in realty or stock. of course, I am conservative and never think about quich rich.
