大家帮我看看能不能租

 

小地主有两个出租独立屋紧靠着。去年开始其中一栋租给了一对年轻人，到目前为止都还好，没有任何麻烦。六月底另一栋租期到。这对小夫妻问能不能租给男方的父母，　他们对这个房子很了解（和现在的房客关系挺好）。　请问大家如果要租给这租客的父母会有什么要注意的吗？　我担心租给同一个大家庭，如果万一有麻烦的话，会不会都有麻烦？　他们的想法是很快小夫妻要小孩，父母住邻居可以互相帮忙。租还是不租？　犹豫中。。。
