在这里宣扬“如果如果怎样, SS就会破产”根本是蛊惑人心。过去30-40年的历史证明SS从来不是一成不变的 and indeed future generation will receive relatively less benefit than before。But the fundemental concept of "lowe-income" population benefit more at the expense of "affluent people" has and will never change.
