感觉等媒体报道所谓房产趋势之后，基本上就是昨日黄花了，看纽约的房地产

虽然我已离开纽约多年了，但是对纽约还是很好奇的，而且与纽约还有些联系。也不时地去纽约。最近看了媒体报道纽约房地产如何红火，感到纽约房地产并不像媒体说的那样，纽约绝对是分地区，华人集中区，房地产是很火爆，但是其他区则未必，在边缘地区，例如Weschester,好些地方开始下降了。有时投资房产和投资股票类似，等大家都说好的时候，基本上就该撤了。我直接怀疑，华人区房产火爆能维持多久。
