This is the first time that I am trying to file as a full time landlord. I seeked the help from a CPA but as soon as she heard the number of properties that I have, she said she would charge me $4000 to help me to get everything taken care of including setting up several LLC's. So I decided that I would try to do it myself. I am still in the middle of doing the tax and  I am trying to decide the best way to get deductions done properly.
