下面是我用的方子,供参考。
Cream Cheese Frosting 里的 Cream Cheese 和 Butter 的比例不定,可以按自己的口感和喜好调整。
可以做一个 9 inch round cake. Bake at 350 F (175 C)
Red Velvet Cake Base
- Butter 5 Oz (150g)
- Sugar 10 Oz (300g)
- Salt 0.11 Oz (3g)
- Ref Food Color 0.33 Oz (10g)
- Eggs 3.34 Oz (100g)
- Cake Flour 10 Oz (300g)
- Cocoa 0.6 Oz (18g)
- Baking Powder 0.2 Oz (6g)
- Baking Soda 0.2 Oz (6g)
- Buttermilk 10 Oz (300g)
- Distilled Vinegar 0.5 Oz (15g)
Note:
1) All ingredients should be at room temperature
2) Cream butter and sugar together, then add food color when creamed
3) Add eggs a little at a time
4) Sift all dry ingredients together
5) Add the sifted dry ingredients, alternating with liquids in 3-4 times

- Cream Cheese 8 Oz
- Butter 4 Oz
- Powder Sugar ~1 Cup (add to taste)
- Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp
