Human hairs are about 22 microns in diameter :))

Nobody's hairs are 50 to 100 microns:))

French people's hairs are either thinner or more consistent. They were used as a standard material to calibrate air conditioners' thermostats during 70 to 80s. I heard this from someone who worked in a Chinese air conditioner plant who bought hairs from France on regular basis.
