Just Chinese cooking wine, honey, soy sauce (lao chou diluted with cooking wine, half:half), Tian MIAN Jiang, and regular spices. It is a good idea to add 红曲米, or Fu Ru Zhi for the color. But, the best way is to cook the color out by itself, it tastes better.
There is no 红曲米 in mine :))
