中毒乱投医， 电脑问题。

DELL 手提。 WIN 7 系统。装有 Norton 安全系统。
一周前， 在开机后一段时间， 机速就慢得无法忍受， PHYSICAL MEMORY 就从50% 左右升到 97% 左右。 只有重新 开机，然后又恶剧重演。
 
今天机速慢了后， 我打开“ RESOURCE MONITOR”， 发现 DISK “ 100% highest active time". I/O speed 达到 几个 MB/Second。很多文件在 不停读写（我停了所有活动， 甚至断了网）。 PHYSICAL MEMORY 升到 97% 左右。

我想是 病毒感染了。 账户都 在这台机器上， 急！

请有经验的 大侠支招杀毒， 谢谢了！！！
