turn off wireless access, unplug Ethernet cable (if any), do a complete data backup (copying important files out).

after that, if you cannot clean it easily, I will do a complete reload.

after that, create a REGULAR (non-administrator) user account, log in only as normal user from now on. That will cut your virus infection rate by about 95% even without anti-virus package. AV is like AV, basically a waste of time...
