请教PM 管理问题

和坛上大老比本人只是一个微微型new landlord, 而且让 Property Manager 管理, 所以小事不管, 但发现大事也难以左右. 现举一例也同时请教. 我的tenant February提前了两月说一年到期不renew lease. 可现在PM还不登广告, email 一问, here is the answer:

“The tenants will be doing a move out walk thru on the 31st of March noon. We cannot advertise the property until then because we won’t know the condition of the house. This is normal procedure. etc. ......”

PM 只有收房后才登广告, 如果这样就可能让费一段登广告时间, 使空房率升高, since it may take several weeks or even months to find the new tenant (也许PM认为会找到 new tenant soon).

请问各位有PM的 Landlord, 这是通常( or 专业)的 做法吗? Many thanks for your information and help in advance.
