Feeling like year 2000 all over again!

Year 2000, I was offered a lot of money to do a start-up.  There were so many VCs who offered to provide more money than needed. 

Everything seemed to make money.  The goal was "2B" in a year!

Now - Housing is all time high, stocks are all time high, ......

Maybe it is time for us to be prudent .......
