say it is 20*12.5, using 16 inch center to center. You need 32 pieces of 6 by 8 @$7 a piece, 16 pieces of 6 by 16 @$10 a piece, total of 400.

Labor is probable 2 guys for 3 days, say you pay $150 a labor day, that's $900

Insulation material is more likely $700.

So I knocked down $3500 from your budget. Good?
