距离二月还有十个小时：为完成本月地主计划的最后努力

Day starts 8am.

1.Tenant1: mother died (this is real), leaving for some time but wanted to keep apartment. Wrote checks for next few months for me. Bld1, unit 1
2. Catch tenant 2, rent paid weekly. Bld 2, unit 3
3. Replace broken blind and change lock, Bld 2, unit 8
4. Caulk cracks, Bld2, unit 9
5. Change broken lock, Bld 3, unit2, show apartment
6. Collect rent, Bld4, unit2
7. Snake clogged laundry drain, Bld4, unit1. Didn't get anything, gave them Drano.

take some snake and a drink, get on-line to pour some water...

8. Chase dead beat, last chance before court date Monday, Bld 5, units 6,7.
9. Check in new tenant, Bld2, unit8, give copy of lease to new tenant, unit 7

2pm, done.

Tomorrow: Take daughter to ski, and take family pictures(always do this time of the year)....
