请问，我该考虑这个房客的申请吗

去年底进的一个三单位的房子 ：2 2B/1B（每个想租$2195.00/月,几乎是这个镇的低价2B了）， 1 1B/1B。全面装修了。好学区。
从11月至今，有大约十几个看了，三家申请2B/1B。之前两家因为收入低，没考虑。今天这家也差不多： 单亲妈妈 （$45000/年，我们附近的一个医院做 事, 她自己在application上写guest service， 但linkedIn 显示volunteer coordinator），childsupport $1974.10/月。 问题是02/29/12 有过bankruptcy。

我很着急把它们租出去，但这个bankruptcy 让我很担心。信用不用查了，肯定不好。。。。。
