OK. then this is not "buy and hold" strategy as you said earlie

You constantly regroup your portfolio by selling some and buying some new or adding more positions. That's absolutely fine (whatever makes best performance works), but yI guess ou shouldn't claim your strategy as "buy and hold" in your earlier response to another person.
