过去10年房市股市增长比较

过去10年，湾区的房市平均翻了一倍，原来1米的现在2米；股市DJI Dec 30 2005 是 10,717.50 今天是17，255，涨了70%。从这两个简单数据比较看，过去的10年房市比股市好。

过去的十年，房市和股市都经过了一次great recession. 也经过了6年牛市。当然这是最简单的比较，而且是在湾区这个特殊地区（南加州应该也差不多），在其他地区的童鞋们也可以看看自己本地的房市股市回报，来决定自己的投资方向。
