十一月份招租可真难啊

广告登了两个星期了。头一个星期还有一些人来问，都没成。第二个星期连一个来看的都没有了。还有就是 Zillow, hotpads, trulia之类的website送来的询问Email虽然有过一些，但是打电话基本都联系不上。这还是所谓的属于好租的地区呢。真头疼。怎么办？该降价吗？
