最近三个bidding

1. Listed at 169k. We bid 170k. Countered back at 188k. Bid again and got countered back again with tiny reduction. Confused and called listing. Turned out listing got confused with another house on the same street.

2 bid 161k. Listing asked for h&b. We added to 166k. Waited for 1 week. Finally heard back and they accepted our original offer at 161k.

3. A house we bid 170k and failed came back on mkt at 151k after 3 weeks. We bidn161k this time and got it.

Realtors are human too. U need to know what u r doing.
