装修工是空调专业的。装修完说空调坏了，要花1000美元修。他做的装修只不过是刷刷
漆之类。怎么好好的空调就坏了。

这已不是头一次了。上一个房子，空调也是好好的。一装修完空调就坏了，说要花850
美元修。结果我找别人重换了空调。

根据大家的意见，我另找了一个空调工检查。检查的结果是，有人在马达里(motor)放了水进去，导致短路，烧坏了马达。现在里面还有水。The new AC expert charged $749 for replacing the motor.

在装修期间，除了这个装修工和团队，只有换地毯的进入过这个房子。
