Do a little research first. It is your money

Find similar  house sold price in the same area. Compare if you spend money to repair, and can get more than not repair. Repair. Sure, calculate cost as u hire other contractor to do the job. 

 

For example, if you sell as is, you get 300000, if you spend 50000 repair and upgrade, you can sell for 400000. Why not do.

 

If you are real rich or really lazy. Please ignore.
