加元贬值导致加国资产不值钱

昨天有一贴子说 两年前，一土豪来加国用80多万买了房子，现在卖出130万。赚了40-50万。

实际上， 他没赚多少。

所以根本谈不上刺激。

关键是要有钱，钱生钱的法子很多， 地产只是其中之一。

小钱就买基金吧，效果不差。
