继续找房客: 又两家,还有上次的一家，选谁？

1） $1850。8/1 开始。四口大人和14月大baby。credit score over 700。收入十二万以上。
缺点：人多。有三只猫。我最怕猫味难除。他说：litter trained.
优点：能8／1日lease.credit好
2）$1800。8/15以后开始，也许8／25开始。仅单身黑女52岁。26岁女儿偶尔来住。是一个公司的procurement manager.月入近$11，000。还有$1100的房租收入。credit score 600-649。原因主要是a few (6+) credit card 超过90天的迟付。目前没debt.
缺点：credit score 低。租金两年少1200元。迟住又少近一月$1500吧
优点：收入好。人少

另外上次的这家出尔反尔好多次。现在还说周日来再看一次然后或者会写lease:
3) relocate白人夫妻、一13岁女儿和一条10磅可爱小狗。女是护士，男是网球教练。号称女的credit score790. 不容商量地只愿岀$1750。只能8/1搬进。女的年入7万。男的也愿在lease上了。credit score 740。因工作在不同州，在其它州还有两处租房

Pros: start 8/1; great credit scores； Stable income； Looks responsible Follow rules and protect their credit score and security

Cons: Lower rent of $1750;
