Rewiring or repairing

旧屋。发现 attic 上面暴露的电线被剪 （墙里的没有剪）。用电压表测试，只有几个插座能测到电压。请问，需要全屋重绕 REWIRING， 还是只对损害的那部分 REPAIRING？先谢谢了。
