just got a house with above ground pool,

The house has been empty for long time, the pool water is all green, bad.  What should I do?  I want to flip the house.  Should I just have people to remove it?  It is quite big and nicely fenced.  Or should I clean it?  but I do not know how to clean it.  I called couple pool guys and they all refuse to do anything with above ground pool... :(...  Please help.
