出租房报税麻烦，问题求解：

1. 去年买了个出租房，closing cost （比如 inspection, appraisal fee) 应该是成本，用的是turbotax报税，该填哪项里呢？
2. turbotax 没有问房子买入价，那么每年的depreciation数额是根据什么算出来的呢？
