刚打过电话了。原来卖家也是investor，签下合同

买这个房子，但他同时有几个项目在进行所以没有资金做这个房子的翻新了。他现在打算转让他的合同。估算的价钱是他的contractor给的价格。至于后来售价是根据附近一些房屋近期的售价来预测的，肯定是有乐观的成分在里面的。卖家现在的合同快到期了，买家offer an extension for $1400。我想明天先看看再说吧。
