I bought a pastry board from Amazon it works well

It as $70, now $85. I put on the movable kitchen island so it doesn't need to be stored away. Just wipe it out, rub with food grade mineral oil after usage. I have had it for two years it doesn't crack or split. I have some stain on it from the bottom of the bread machine bucket.

My bread machine has a little bit of machine oil at the bottom of the bucket coming out. It stains the board. 

It has plenty of space for making large sheet dough for handmade noodles or pizza. So anything can fit.
