完全同意这个comment的观点

“This is a perfect example of ruining the superior sympathetic position. If the professor had handled it correctly, almost everyone would be siding with him against a stubborn and shady (based on his changing story throughout the emails) restaurant owner.

Instead, he couldn’t have handled it worse, and sympathy flocked to the other side. Duan played the victim well and won. Let this be a lesson to the kids out there.

I don’t think anyone has mentioned that doing this type of thing seems to be the professor’s main business. It seems as if he searches big company websites looking for obscure types of false advertising and then pitches his services to them. Shady.”
