急求各位主意：刚拍到一个有房客的银行屋，房客不合作，怎样驱赶！

刚拍到一个有房客的银行屋，昨天上门见到了房客，告诉他我们是新房主，让他与我们重新签住房合同，一切条款与租期不变，并把客租交给我们。同时也给了他一封同样内容的信。但房客不合作，所有的问题都回答：I don't know! 也不提供他的联系方式。没与我们签出租合同，我们可以驱赶他吗？求各位邦忙给个主意。万分感谢！
