如房客不走，我应如何应对？把主人房洗手间水断掉可以吗？

一年多前将主人房出租给一个快６０岁老太。现在已经无lease。想将主人房收回。九月中通知老太我要收回主人房. 告知老太须年底前搬或住其他无洗手间的房间。但老太只住有洗手间的主人房。我希望她越早搬越好。老太口头同意搬走，但没去找房。如果她年底不搬。我应如何应对？把主人房洗手间水断掉可以吗？
