出租房换了新楼梯，马上年轻漂亮了20年。

本来只打算修修补补，上个钉子 ，可是房客,一对年轻人好像打算结婚，要请亲戚来家里，强烈要求换新楼梯。
现在新楼梯使房价增值远远大于做工成本，看着也舒心。
